  • Deposits are non-refundable but can be applied to rescheduled appointments with at least 48 hours’ notice.

  • Walk-ins are accepted at the artist’s discretion.

  • Etherealxyst Tattoo Studio reserves the right to refuse service for any reason, including but not limited to client behavior, age requirements, or health conditions.

  • All clients must be 18 years or older (or meet state regulations with parental consent) and provide valid identification.

4. HEALTH AND SAFETY

  • Clients must disclose relevant medical conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities prior to tattooing.

  • We follow strict hygiene protocols, sterilization procedures, and use single-use needles and premium vegan inks.

  • Clients are responsible for following aftercare instructions to prevent infection or adverse reactions.

5. LIABILITY

  • Etherealxyst Tattoo Studio is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the website or tattoo services.

  • Tattoos may fade over time; the studio is not responsible for future touch-ups beyond what is outlined in the service agreement.

  • The client assumes full responsibility for personal health and safety during the tattoo process.

6. PAYMENT

  • Payments for tattoos must be made as outlined during booking.
